Facilities in Kepong Village Mall

There are many facilities that provided to customers by Tesco Company. Facilities are provided to convenience their customers all around the way when they are shopping in Tesco. As example, Tesco provided free parking space to convenience their customer, such as basement parking. In order to basement car parking, customers will not get wet in the rainy days. Besides that, Tesco also provided lift and escalators for customers to reduce their burden especially when customers are carrying heavy goods. Trolley and basket is to convenience their customer when they are planning to purchase high quantity of goods. (8 goods above are considered as high quantity)

In the hypermarket, Tesco provided price scanner machine for the customer to double confirm the price of goods and to prevention customer wrong reading of prices. In additional, Tesco also provided locker for rent to convenience their customers. For instance, some of the customers will buy other products from outside Tesco before entering Tesco hypermarket, so that their customers can put their stuff in locker.

            Furthermore, Tesco also hired security guard. Security guard is to protect customers’ safety when customers still in Tesco building area, security guard is needed in this danger environment nowadays. Tesco also installed CCTV. CCTV can be catch the view of 360°, is very good in preventing stealing case. Emergency exit door will be open and allow to escape when Tesco is on fire. Then, fire extinguisher also prepared by Tesco, normally fire extinguisher will be hanging beside that emergency exit door.    

Moreover, Tesco built post office without rental paying to convenience customers. Customers can pay their electronic bill via post office. For sure, they have provided chairs to customers for having a rest when they are tired. ATM machines also prepared by Tesco. Provided ATM machines is to convenience customers who did not bring enough money, it is a good idea to avoiding bringing large amount of money.

Last but not least, the word “toilet” itself may be considered an impolite word, but toilet is also very important to everyone. For example of kids, kids will need a toilet often. As we all know, Muslims need to pray in certain times. Tesco also set up Surau to convenience Islam’s customers when they need to pray.
